The seies cylinder are special used for prtroleum machines,include double acting cylinder with cushion,single acting without cushion,single acting membrane cylinder.

This is a combination of the QGB Ⅱ series air cylinder and the control valve including actuators, control valves and throttle units, and this makes it have the functions of direction changes, speed and throttle regulating etc.. The ambient temperature range from 0 to 55ºC. Mounting dimensions and styles are same as QGB Ⅱ. Stroke less than the min. stroke listed required nonstandard design.

QGB series are the kind of cylinders with cushion.working medium is compressed air with oil treatment by filter. When the piston is moving near the end of stoke,the cushion set act to reduce the speed of moving piston, and make the moving smooth to avoid strike. in this series,bore ¢40 and ¢50 are fixed cushion,bore ¢63 are adjustable cushion.
This product is composed of two cylinders that have the same bore diameter. The stroke can be the same or not. The pieton moves contrarily, if one points of the pistons rod is fixed, it can be used as multidigit cylinders and with divers use. The form of mount is suitable for MF1 and MS1. The size of the mount is the same as QGB.
Two types of dual piston cylinders with the same diameter as the OGBI series are connected in series, and the two pistons move in the same direction. The OGBI series is a booster cylinder with the front and rear piston rods connected as one. The output force at the rod end is the sum of the push and pull forces of a single piston, and the pull force is twice the pull force of a single piston. This product can also be used as a gas-liquid damping cylinder. The OGBI-C series features a three position cylinder with separate front and rear piston rods. When the current cylinder stroke (S) is greater than the rear cylinder stroke (S), the front piston rod head has three positions. Suitable for front and rear flange (MF, MF) tripod (MS) and single and double ear tailstock (MP4, MP) installation forms, with the same installation components as QGB Ⅱ.
