1. Description

QF524 brake cylinder solid bullet action piston cylinder, consisting of upper cover, cylinder body, piston, anti-punch head, flange, spring, connecting rod and other parts. When compressed air is input, the compressed air pushes the piston and compresses the spring to make the piston and connecting rod move. As the brake cylinder is in the process of braking, the brake connecting rod has to turn an angle, for this reason, the piston is not fixed with the connecting rod, but the spherical contact in order to make the connecting rod swing around the sphere. When there is no pneumatic air input, the piston is reset by the action of the spring.

Because of its special features, QF524 brake cylinder is generally used only on oil drilling rigs and geological exploration drilling rigs.
