Island Aluminium Mini Cylinder (MAL Series)

Using oil-containing powder metallurgy copper as the axial bearing, the piston rod does not need to be lubricated. The cylinder body and front and rear covers are oxidized by colorful EP coating, which not only has wear resistance, corrosion resistance and durability, but also has a more compact and exquisite appearance. The cylinder adopts high temperature resistant sealing material, so that the cylinder can work normally under high temperature conditions of 150 degrees Celsius (customers need to order from our company). A variety of installation accessories are available for customers to choose. The piston rod end is equipped with an adjustable nut to make the cylinder adjustable within its stroke range.

For example

1. For 20mm bore, 50mm stroke, end cover is swing-end, fixed type is LB, with induction magnet, standard double action, the model is MAL-CA20*50-S-LB.

2. For 32mm bore, 100mm stroke, end cover is flat-end, without induction magnet, standard double action, the model is MAL-U32*100.
