G404.433(QY:433) quick exhaust valve
G404.816 quick exhaust valve
G404.442(QY:442) Quick exhaust valve
G404.443(QY:443) quick exhaust valve
The quick exhaust valve is mainly used to directly discharge the gas in the cylinder and other components into the atmosphere, in order to accelerate the action speed of the cylinder and reduce the back pressure of the cylinder. It is often installed between the cylinder and the directional valve.

The eight position cylinder is a medium duty pneumatic positioning device that operates through eight pre-determined positions of 3/8” (9.5 mm) increments with a total stroke length of 2-5/8” (66.7 mm).
The seven position cylinders are medium duty pneumatic positioning devices that operate through six or seven pre-determined positions of 1/2” (12.7 mm) increments with total strokes of 2- 1/2” (63.5 mm) or 3” (76.2 mm) respectively.
This group of cylinders are pneumatic actuators for oil workover machines, including double-acting buffer type, single-acting bufferless type, and single-acting diaphragm type, with compact structure, small size, light weight, reliable work, and wide range of use.
The Two-Direction positioners move 1/2 their total stroke length in each direction from a center “zero” position. Maximum pressure of the two-direction positioner is 150 psi (10.34 bar) at a temperature range of –40° F to 165° F (-40° C to 74° C).
The three-position cylinder is a positioning device controlled by a four-way, three-position, opencenter control valve such as the “A” or “D” Pilotair® valves. T
