With the new technology of combining magnetic piston with CK series sensors, this model realizes auto-matically the reciprocating action of the cylinder. The ambient temperature range from -20ºC to 60ºC at the non-freezing condition. Mounting dimensions and styles are same as the QGB Ⅱ.
This is a combination of QGB Ⅱ-K series air cylinder and the solenoid control valves. Its features are simple in structure, convenien in operation and mounting, widely using, and the working temperature is from 0 to 55ºC. The mounting style and dimensions are the same as QGBII series air cylinder. Stroke less than the min. stroke listed required nonstandard design.
This is the double piston rods series cylinder based on the QGB Ⅱ basic series. There are two rods installing at the two sides of the piston. The piston is double-acting. The two cylinder rods have the same moving direction, speed, and stroke, and the pull equals to the push. The form of mounting is suitable for MF1 and MS1.
The design parameters and installing dimensions are suiting the ISO international standard. The sealing material is heat-resistant viton, this series cylinder is suiting used in metallurgy, high-temperature sitution etc.. Medium temperature :-20---+200ºC (nonfreezing condition). The form and size of mount are same as QGBII.
QGBQ series cylinders have standard type ,with valve type,with switch and valve cylinder. all of them are single piston rod and double acting,both ends cushion and not required lubrication.three type cylinders are come from QGBQ. The cylinders appearance and mounting dimension suit to ISO6430 intermational atandard.
QGBZ series cylinder are single rod and double acting and both ends adjustable cushion. The cylinders dimensions are suit to ISO/6430 international standard. Material of major parts are made of by carbon steel,apply to bad entironment. QGBZ series cylinder are new production could instead of QGA and QGB ,dimensions small and reducing mounting space.
The bore is made from stainless steel,and reduce friction and increas the cylinder life. The rod thread is extrusion and chromeplated and polishing,have good stainlss and seal rings structure and quality are very nice working without lubrication, start at low pressure,long service life.
QGDXF series MINI cylinder have single and double action cylinders, single action slim cylinder is spring bounce bacK with not cushion set. The double action have two kind of models,can adjust cushion and not adjust cushion. Apearance and installing size are suitable ISO6432.For the cylinder's structure and features,it can replace imported products
QGD series slim cylinder have single and double action cylinders, single action slim cylinder is spring bounce back, this series are short in axis size,simple structure,mainly apply for short stroke and clamp working.
